Per House Bill 2016 passed by the Virginia General Assembly for 2007, the fee for a Disclosure Package must be posted on the Association Website for all Homeowners Associations.

The Fee for a Disclosure Package from WSHPOA is currently $50.00 to be paid for by the seller of the property within Wite Sand Harbour. Questions should be directed to the Treasurer, WSHPOA.
